We are big believers in “stepping forward” and we want to help you! Our diverse range of professional, two-day courses aim to improve hockey performance at all levels through a multi-dimensional and holistic approach, helping you take that step forward. Our coaches, current SA hockey professionals, provide the individual attention needed for growth on the hockey field, providing the latest in international hockey training and development easy and attainable.

- How can I join your team?
We aren’t a team; instead we are a high-performance training academy that offers two-day courses for girls. Our goal is to give players, regardless of their level in hockey, an opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge by learning from current and former professionals.
- What do you offer hockey players?
We offer courses that are tailored to the level of hockey pertaining to players in that age group. We incorporate every aspect that is needed for the game and help players reach their goals – be it to move up a team or make their provincial team.
- What do you offer coaches?
We offer coaches the opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest international coaching techniques, to learn from watching professional coaches work with players, and to create a forum where coaches can share their successful techniques with each other.
- What do I need to join?
Here’s the good news – we just want passionate hockey players and coaches! If you have a love for the game, then we want to meet you. Players need to be between the ages of eight and 18 to enrol, and all coaches are welcome.
- When are your next set of courses?
Join us on 22 and 23 September 2018 at St Mary’s School in Pretoria.
- What courses do you have on offer?
Fundamental Players’ Course– ages 8 to 11
Intermediate Players’ Course– ages 12 to 15
Advanced Players’ Course– ages 16 to 18
Advanced Coaches’ Course– all levels

- I’m not from Pretoria, how can I join?
We are based in KZN but take our coaches all over the country to offer courses in the various provinces. Follow us on social media to make sure you don’t miss out on our visit to your province each year.

- How long are your courses?
All our courses run for two days – usually over a weekend.
- Who are the coaches?
Our coaches are never the same from course to course; we rotate them to ensure that every course has something new to offer players and coaches. Some of our regular coaches include: Shelley Russell, Lindsey Wright, Tsoanelo Pholo, Fabian Gregory, Louise de Jager,Nicolene Terblanche, Illse Davids and Sulette Damons.
- My school team and coaches would like high performance training. Can you help us?
Larger groups are welcome at our Academy and we have two options to choose from. Teams and their coaches can join our scheduled courses throughout the year, or alternatively, they can arrange a Customised Course with us. We will bring our coaches to your school and tailor the course material to the needs of your teams and coaches.
